Fees and Credits Policy

1 All items listed on the Site will expire on the expiry date provided when that listing is activated, unless the listing expiry date is subsequently amended or the listing is subsequently deleted by the Seller.

2 A Perpetual Listing will continue to be listed whilst you have sufficient active credits to faciltate this. A Perpetual Listing expires when the credit period pre-paid expires unless the listing expiry date is subsequently amended or the listing is subsequently deleted by the Seller.

3 Where a listing date is extended by the Seller the listing will continue to be listed until the revised expiry date whilst you have sufficient active credits to faciltate this.

4 Where a listing date is curtailed by the Seller or where the listing is deleted by the Seller no refund of the fees paid to us will be made.

5 An expired item, which has been cached may still appear on Search Engines. You accept that we are not responsible for archive listings appearing in Search Engines outside of our control.

6 We reserve the right to remove any item listed which does not conform to our Terms and Conditions. In such circumstances no refund of fees paid to us will be made.

7 Should your credit or debit card not meet any authentication checks, during the payment process, we reserve the right to cancel the credits purchased and remove any associated listings.
