Bernard Moreau is a grower based in the village of Mancey in the northern Maconnais, close to the Cote Chalonnaise. His Bourgogne Blanc is pure Chardonnay grown on parcels of limestone and clay. It is fermented in oak barrels, of which 15% are new, and then aged for 8 months.
